I got into the mortgage business because I liked the idea of helping people through one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make.

Kristen has over 22 years of experience in Mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing. She has also run Dougs Operation Team for all of those 22 years. She is not only one of the most knowledgeable Mortgage Operation Professionals in the entire Mortgage industry, she also one its most personable and strives to deliver excellent client care while helping to get you through the mortgage process. She is truly Amazing!

She is also a graduate of the University of North Texas and is married to Steven Cooper who is one of our communities Heroes as he has been in Law Enforcement serving our community for almost the past 20 years. They are also the proud parents to 2 children, Sandra and Steven.
